SMOKING LAW
From 6am on Sunday 1st July 2007 smoking was banned in any enclosed or substantially enclosed premises or vehicles that are open to the public including pubs, clubs and restaurants. Should these regulations be contravened individuals can face on-the-spot fines of £50 which can rise to up to £1000 should the issue be brought to court. Smoking must therefore only take place in the designated outdoor areas of each MSP venue.

MSP operates a strict no drugs policy. Any individual found to be in possession of or using drugs at any of our events or venues will be escorted from the premises, and, in the case of MSP members, have their membership revoked.

All members will be required to submit to a search by our security before being allowed entry. Any items considered to be a hazard will be confiscated and returned at the end of the night. Any illegal items will be confiscated permanently and given to the relevant authorities.
All individuals are expected to behave in a polite and considerate manner. Any conduct deemed unacceptable by our staff will result in such individuals being asked to leave the premises. It is a legal requirement that any incidents involving violence or drugs is reported to the police.

Membership is charged at £15 for annual membership and £5 for quarterly membership. Any changes to this fee will be communicated on this website. Entry for members will be discounted.
